Yoga Alliance Approved Advanced Studies and Continuing Education
Why Yoga Sculpt?
Yoga Sculpt is one of the most popular and fun ways to incorporate strength training into a regular yoga practice or fitness routine. In our sculpt classes, students are guided through breathwork, postures and light weight exercises all to motivating music. Learn to teach this upbeat, music driven format that merges the mental focus of asana practice while incorporating sculpting exercises and body resistance training. This training is ideal for certified yoga instructors or group fitness teachers who are looking to provide a breadth of offerings to their students. Incorporating just one sculpt class per week, helps students build strength, energy and confidence.
Who is this training for?
This weekend intensive training is ideal for those who are currently teaching and looking to add an additional method to their skillset. Adding yoga sculpt to your offerings is a great way to level up your fitness or 200 HR yoga certification.
